Media Engagement

As a scientist specializing in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, my primary interest lies in bridging the gap between science and practical application. I am driven to enhance the work experience for employees and leaders, ultimately leading to more fulfilling lives. In my research, I tackle practical questions that contribute to the development of effective leadership and work practices.

To achieve this goal, I actively collaborate with media representatives across various platforms such as print, video, and audio. Through these outlets, I aim to disseminate my research findings and share best practices derived from both my own research and the broader fields of I-O Psychology, Organizational Behavior, and Human Resource Management.

By engaging with the media, I strive to promote evidence-based approaches that can positively impact workplaces and drive meaningful change. My intention is to provide valuable insights and practical solutions that can inform and guide leaders, employees, and organizations towards more successful and fulfilling outcomes.

Being Human Podcast
Work From Home - March 13, 2020

In the opening days of the Covid-19 pandemic, workers and business leaders around the world were adjusting and adapting to a new normal. Overnight the physical workplace turned virtual and I was invited to discuss this new paradigm on the Being Human podcast.

We talk:

- How to be a successful remote worker

- When remote working works and when it doesn't

- What remote working could mean for our society

- The personality types that struggle with it

- What to do to make the most of the opportunity if you've been given it

Enjoy!
